We are an Astrotech company reinterpreting the Eastern art of Saju through 21st-century AI. But our goal is not to build "yet another app with AI bolted on." Our mission is to take five thousand years of accumulated Eastern destiny theory and make it academically verifiable, reproducible, and evaluable by anyone using the same standards.

The reason is simple. The world is far more orderly than it appears.

There is a small device invented by the 19th-century statistician Francis Galton. Drop hundreds of balls through a board studded with pegs — each ball bounces randomly, yet the pile they form below is always a normal distribution: a perfect bell curve. The double pendulum of chaos theory teaches the same lesson. Motion that appears unpredictable is in fact the product of strict laws — only the laws are so precise that our powers of observation cannot keep up.

I believe Saju is precisely such a domain. Within the small data of one person's birth moment lives a pattern that scholars across five thousand years read out from the cosmos. That pattern is not superstition — it is the long accumulation of statistical intuition. Attempts have been made to compute it, but no engine yet exists in the world that converges the disagreements between schools and the depth of the classical sources into a single system.

We are building that engine.

RimSaju v1 is our first release, shipped in April 2026. I will be honest: this is only ten percent of the engine we dream of. It implements only the most fundamental calculation pipeline and the skeleton of interpretation. We will dedicate the coming year to building RimSaju v2.

Ziping Zhenquan, Di Tian Sui, Qiong Tong Bao Jian, Yuanhai Ziping — the core classical sources of Eastern destiny theory, together with each school's divergent readings, will live in a single engine. Where schools conflict, we will not hide the disagreement but present both sides, so that users can see transparently what is academically settled and what is still debated.

By comparing and accumulating countless birth charts against real life trajectories, we will test with data which classical interpretation works in which context. We will not ask you to believe in Saju — we will show you with data what Saju is saying. That is our way.

We will publish the evaluation criteria and benchmarks for RimSaju v2 as open source on GitHub. Anyone will be able to test their own Saju engine against our standards; if they outperform us, we will gladly learn from them. Our ambition is not to become "the most popular app" but to become the reference point that sets the academic and technical standard in Saju analysis. A single era rarely gets to define the standards of a single field. We believe that moment has come for Eastern destiny theory.

The future will move from the age of material civilization to the age of inner civilization. The more AI takes over human work, the more people return to the most fundamental questions. Who am I? Why have I lived this way? Where am I going? If five thousand years of Eastern wisdom and the technology of our time can, together, offer an answer — that is what Rimfactory wants to do in this era.
